Pumpkin Bread
If you are not already a pumpkin eater, you will quickly become one when you sample a taste of this pumpkin bread. Quit loafing around and give our pumpkin bread a try. It's a slice of heaven.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup(s) wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Splenda granular
- 1 cup(s) Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 cup(s) plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 cup(s) canned pumpkin
- 333/500 cup(s) water
Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients together, including sugar and Splenda.
- Add mixed wet ingredients to the dry mixture; mix until blended.
- Spread batter evenly in greased loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inches.
- Bake bread in preheated 350 degrees oven until browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes.
- Makes 3 big loaves, 4 medium loaves or 6 small loaves.
