
Prosciutto & Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients
- 3 French baguettes
- 6 teaspoon(s) dijon
- 6 ounce(s) prosciutto, paper thin
- 12 slice Swiss cheese
- 12 slice tomato
- 1 cup(s) carrots, julienned
- 1 cup(s) zucchini, julienned
- 1 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup(s) mayo
- 1/2 cup(s) vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Slice rolls horizontally, spread with mustard and layer each half with prosciutto, cheese, tomato, and another slice of cheese, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and onion.
- Mix mayo with vinaigrette; pour over top of each open face sandwich.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 375 degrees, 8-10 min.
- until tops are brown and dressing has set.
