This vegetarian dish is much like a hash with the combination of bell peppers and potatoes. It's a great meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plus, it's quick.

  • 2 potatoes, blanched, dried, and thinly diced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) corn or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Instructions
