Pork Pot Roast

Ingredients

  

  • 8 ounce(s) pork roast
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) bay leaves or 1 bay leaf
  • 1 floz water
  • 2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste

Instructions

 

  • Sprinkle the roast with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Put the sliced onion in a slow cooker, then add the seasoned roast.
  • Add the bay leaf, soy sauce and water.
  • Cover and cook for 1 hour on high, then for 6-8 hours on low.
