Pineapple BBQ Ribs

You'll savor every bite of these crockpot country-style ribs, especially if you let them marinate overnight for best results. Pineapple juice gives a sweet and tangy taste to these pork ribs that will have you never making them any other way.

Ingredients
  

  • 64 ounce(s) spare ribs country style
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 floz red wine
  • 1/2 cup(s) cider vinegar
  • 2 cup(s) Barbecue sauce prepared
  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 cup(s) pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Trim and discard excess fat from ribs.
  • Put meat in an 8 qt.
  • pan and add water to barely cover, and then add vinegar.
  • Cover and bring to boil over high heat; reduce heat and boil gently for 20 minutes.
  • Drain ribs and arrange in an 11 X 13 inch pan.
  • Combine all other ingredients and brush evenly over ribs.
  • Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours or overnight.
  • Turn ribs several times.
  • After marinated, place on BBQ grill and cook 20 to 40 minutes until well done and glazed.
  • Continue to turn and brush with sauce.
  • Ready in 1 hour and 10 min.
