
Penne with Garlic & Oil
Ward off the vampires that have sucked the life out of your dinner menu with this penne with garlic & oil. This mouth-watering meal will have you screaming for more.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) pkg. dry penne pasta
- 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
- 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add penne pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In small saucepan, saut garlic a small amount of oil.
- Combine garlic, olive oil, and pasta in a bowl.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Ready in 25 min.
