
Peanut Butter Tarts
Chocolate lovers -- you'll go nuts over these tempting tarts that are loaded with peanut butter. If you're looking for a sweet treat that's sure to satisfy your hankering for something divine, let your cups runneth over with these Reese's-infused goodies.
Ingredients
- 36 Reese's miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup(s) peanut butter
- 1/2 cup(s) butter
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup(s) flour
- 3/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt' mix well.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place in miniature muffin tins with or without papers.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
- When tins are removed from oven, immediately press 1 peanut butter cup into the center of the cookie.
- Allow cooling completely before removing cookies from the tin.
- Ready in 25 min.
