Ingredients

  

  • 16 ounce(s) capellini, cooked al dente
  • 8 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 6 large tomatoes, chopped (4-6)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 ounce(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

 

  • Add olive oil to large skillet and saute garlic and crushed red pepper together about 5 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, pepper, and salt, continue to cook until tomatoes are tender 10-15 minutes.
  • Add basil; cook 5 additional minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients and serve hot topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.
