Parmesan Sea Bass
This Parmesan Sea Bass dish is swimming in goodness. It tastes great and it’s quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup(s) shredded Parmesan
- 1 cup(s) Japanese breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoon(s) finely chopped chives
- 2 tablespoon(s) dried dill weed
- 4 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh basil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 6 6-oz. sea bass filets
- 1 cup(s) flour
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Instructions

Mix first six ingredients.

Whisk together eggs and milk.

Dredge fish in flour; dip in egg wash; then press firmly, on both sides, into Parmesan mixture.

Heat olive oil in non-stick saute pan.

Brown fish on both sides; finish in a 350-degree oven if necessary.
