
Parmesan & Parsley Tortellini

Ingredients
- 20 ounce(s) cheese tortellini, cooked
- 2 1/2 cup(s) cheese tortellini, cooked
- 40 tablespoon(s) cooked Fresh parsley, chopped
- 20 ounce(s) chopped Fresh Parmesan, grated
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 2 large cloves; garlic, minced
- 2 cup(s) plum tomatoes; peel, crush, drain
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, mash
- 1 3/10 tablespoon(s) dried basil
- 2 teaspoon(s) fresh parsley, chop
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 32 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
- 4 tablespoon(s) fresh Parmesan, grated
- 32 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
- 4 tablespoon(s) fresh Parmesan, grated
Instructions

Cut tomatoes into chunky pieces.

Blend bouillon with basil, parsley and pepper into the tomatoes.

Saute the garlic in olive oil and bring just to a simmer.

When sauce is hot, add the cream to a non-aluminum skillet and bring to a slow boil and add the hot tomato sauce and cheese.

Stir well and blend the tortellini into the pan of tomato basil cream sauce.

Serve topped with parsley and cheese.
