Orange Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 40 ounce(s) chicken thighs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 49 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon
  • 1 oranges
  • 82 mL orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) vinegar
  • 33/100 floz brandy
  • 1 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • Salt and pepper the chicken and roast on a rack for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients, except oranges.
  • Cook over "low" heat until boiling point, and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Drain oranges and stir into the sauce.
  • Pour over the chicken and serve.
  • Ready in 70 min.
