Orange Chicken
Duck, Duck, CHICKEN! This chicken is playing duck, orange duck that is. The savory and tangy flavors will have you clucking to dinner.
Ingredients
- 40 ounce(s) chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 49 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon
- 1 oranges
- 82 mL orange juice
- 2 teaspoon(s) vinegar
- 33/100 floz brandy
- 1 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the chicken and roast on a rack for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Combine the remaining ingredients, except oranges.
- Cook over "low" heat until boiling point, and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain oranges and stir into the sauce.
- Pour over the chicken and serve.
- Ready in 70 min.
