Onion Quiche
This simple quiche is a versatile dish that can be easily customized. It is very good, basic and quick. YOu can make it for breakfast or a dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 large onions, diced
- 3 eggs
- 5 7/25 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
- 33/100 cup(s) shredded swiss cheese
- 1 (9 in.) unbaked piecrust
Instructions
- reheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Over medium-low heat melt butter in a large saucepan.
- Add onions and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft.
- In a small bowl, beat together eggs and cream.
- Stir in cheese.
- Spread onions in bottom of pastry shell.
- Pour egg mixture over onions and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until eggs have set.
