No Sugar All-Bran Muffins

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar-free applesauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup(s) dry milk powder
  • 3 pkg. sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in bowl; add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Bake in muffin pans lined with paper muffin cups at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Ready in 25 min.
