No Sugar All-Bran Muffins
Start the day right with a little muffin that packs a whole bunch of flavor! These bran muffins have a great aftertaste of ginger and applesauce, and they're sugar-free to boot.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) All-Bran
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar-free applesauce
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
- 1/2 cup(s) dry milk powder
- 3 pkg. sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl; add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Bake in muffin pans lined with paper muffin cups at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Ready in 25 min.
