No Gluten Chicken Mignon

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 5 slices of bacon
- 16 tablespoon(s) tub of cream cheese with chives and onions
Instructions

Pound out chicken to about ” thick.

Spread cream cheese on chicken then roll up the chicken so the cream cheese is inside.

Secure with toothpick if necessary.

Put a slice of bacon on the top.

Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Broil just long enough to crisp the bacon.
