Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) split peas, yellow or green
- 24 floz water
- 1 cup(s) string beans, cut 1 inch
- 1 cup(s) cubed 1-inch summer squash
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup(s) coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) Ghee butter
Instructions
- Cook split peas 20 minutes in water.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer an additional 20 minutes.
