Mushroom & Red Bell Pepper Saute
Talk about a fungi you'll remember for meals to come. This mushroom and red bell pepper saute will go great with just about anything. Veg out tonight with this scrumptious side.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon(s) unsalted butter or margarine
- 1 large red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 large yellow or green bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into 1 inch squares
- 4 ounce(s) mushrooms
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) tarragon, or 2 tbsp. fresh, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat and saute bell peppers and mushrooms 7-8 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and then stir in tarragon and cook another minute.
