Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, this mozzarella mixture pulls double duty as a dip or spread. You can serve on toast or with crackers and fresh veggies.
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 cup(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon(s) dried onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1 dash(es) garlic salt
- 1 dash(es) seasoning salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with raw vegetables, tortilla chips or potato chips.
- Ready in 10 min.
