It's a wrap! This tooty, fruity treat brings together fresh fruit, preserves and ricotta cheese for a breakfast staple that could easily pass for a sweet snack or a decadent dessert.
Ingredients
- 6 inches low-fat low-carb whole wheat tortillas
- 2 teaspoon(s) low-sugar strawberry preserves
- 2 tablespoon(s) fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) strawberries
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped almonds
Instructions
- Spread preserves on tortilla.
- Top with ricotta cheese.
- Place strawberries on top of ricotta and sprinkle with almonds.
- Roll tightly and serve.
