Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup(s) Grape-Nuts cereal
  • 1/4 cup(s) All-bran cereal
  • 1 tablespoon(s) wheat germ
  • 33/50 ounce(s) sunflower seeds
  • 1/16 cup(s) sliced almonds
  • 1/8 cup(s) raisins
  • 16 ounce(s) plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/16 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon(s) honey, to taste
  • 1/2 cup(s) sliced strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cereals, wheat germ, 3 tbs of the sunflower seeds, and the nuts and raisins in a medium bowl.
  • Stir well to mix and fold in the yogurt.
  • Divide the cereal between two bowls and top with the banana slices.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with the honey and top with the remaining 1 tbs sunflower seeds.
  • Add sliced strawberries on top.
  • Ready in 10 min.
