
Morning Bacon Casserole
This decadent breakfast casserole brings home the bacon. Feed your entire family an AM feast in one dynamic dish. It’s a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 12 eggs
- 16 ounce(s) loaf bread
- 4 cup(s) milk
- 2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup(s) butter, melted
Instructions

Combine 12 cracked eggs and 4 cups of milk.

Stir well.

Cube bread and toss in bowl with bacon and cheese.

Add bread to greased 9×13 baking dish until level full.

Pour egg mixture over the bread mixture in the baking dish until it comes up about halfway in the pan.

Top with melted butter and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake casserole for 60 to 90 minutes or until it rises well and is brown on top.

Ready in 1 hour.
