
Mock Meatloaf
Need a little comfort food? Try this delicious meat-free version of Mom’s old stand-by that goes great with potatoes. It really does the trick — even minus the meat!
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) vegetarian ground burger crumbles
- 3 tablespoon(s) ketchup
- 2/3 tablespoon(s) prepared mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) horseradish
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 cup(s) soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup(s) unsweetened soymilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Bragg Liquid Aminos
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Press lightly into a bread loaf pan.

Wrap loosely with foil.

Bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

You may substitute soy sauce for Bragg Liquid Aminos.
