
MMM Crab Cakes
These crab cakes are sure to be the life of the party. For one shell of an appetizer, take a crack at this seafood offering. Your guests will be clawing to get a serving.
Ingredients
- 128 ounce(s) lump crabmeat, drained
- 4 cup(s) toasted bread crumbs
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
- 8 tablespoon(s) red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
- 6 teaspoon(s) Old Bay seasoning
- 1 1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon(s) horseradish
- 2 3/5 tablespoon(s) green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 1 cup(s) olive oil
Instructions

Combine all ingredients except oil.

Shape into 3-oz patties for appetizers; 6 oz for entrees.

Cook in oil over moderately high heat, about 3 minutes each side until golden.
