The only thing small about these mini meatballs is their size. Chock full of big flavor, you can enjoy these beefy treats as an appetizer, a snack or a mouth-watering meal. You decide!
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) ground beef
- 1 (1 oz.) packet Salad Dressing Mix
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1/2 cup(s) beef broth
Instructions

Combine ground beef and seasoning and salad dressing mix.

Shape into meatballs.

Melt butter in a skillet; brown meatballs on all sides.

Add broth; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.

Serve warm with wooden picks.
