Mexican Ravioli

It's a Mexican-Italian culinary creation when you serve these enchilada-inspired ravioli. This family favorite requires little effort but packs a meaty punch.

  • 3 1/8 cup(s) pkg. frozen beef ravioli
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup(s) salsa
  • 2 cup(s) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 1/4 ounce(s) can sliced ripe olives, drained

Instructions
 

  • Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet, combine enchilada sauce and salsa.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
  • Drain ravioli; add to sauce and top with cheese and olives, Cover and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
