  • 2 cup(s) salsa
  • 2 floz orange juice
  • 4 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter

Instructions

 

  • Brown onions, peppers and garlic.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Brown fish on both sides.
  • Add salsa, juice, honey, onion, peppers and garlic.
  • Simmer until completely done.
