Marinated Chicken Fillets

Ingredients

  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced in fillets
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme

Instructions

 

  • Combine all ingredients except chicken in a zipper baggie and mix well.
  • Slice breasts in half crosswise, making two thin fillets from each.
  • Add the chicken to the bag seal and marinate 2 hours or longer, turning occasionally.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and grill over medium heat until done, turning once.
