Lemony Chicken Salad
So quick and easy, the lemony chicken salad is both great taste and great flavor. There's no way you won't end this meal without feeling satisfied.
Ingredients
- 20 ounce(s) cooked white chicken
- 3 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
- 5 cup(s) cabbage, chopped fine
- 9/50 cup(s) slivered almonds
- 1 pkg. instant Top Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor, added dry and broken up
- 2 green onions, chopped tops
- 6 teaspoon(s) sugar; for dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper; for dressing
- 1/2 cup(s) oil; for dressing
- 1 seasoning mix from Top Ramen soup; for dressing
- 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice; for dressing
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt; for dressing
Instructions
- Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Be sure to add the seasoning mix to the lemon juice before the oil or it will float and be hard to dissolve.
- Add all the other ingredients, stirring well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight so noodles will soften.
- Ready in 15 min.
