Lemon-Orange Sherbet
I scream. You scream. We all scream for... sherbet?! If you're a big fan of orangesicles (and who isn't), you'll love this tropical blend of lemon, orange and cream. It's a sherbet lover's dream.
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) cups thin cream
- 6 cup(s) milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 lemons
- 2 cup(s) granulated sugar
- 3 oranges
Instructions
- Extract juice from fruit; strain.
- Combine cream, milk, eggs, sugar and salt.
- Partially freeze.
- Add fruit juices.
- Continue freezing until firm.
