Ingredients
- 80 ounce(s) lean hamburger
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) marjoram
- 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 12 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/4 cup(s) water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix well; place hamburgers in this mixture and coat well.

Add water and liquid smoke, mixing well.

Then place the meat slices onto two 10×15 inch-baking dishes in a single layer.

Bake at 200 degrees for 8 hours.
