  • 1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper

  • 12 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke flavoring

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix well; place hamburgers in this mixture and coat well.
  • Add water and liquid smoke, mixing well.
  • Then place the meat slices onto two 10×15 inch-baking dishes in a single layer.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 8 hours.
