Jason's Grilled Potatoes

Everybody can make these easy and earthy potatoes. Serve with some grilled Brie cheese and French baguette. And don't forget the red wine to polish off a rich and tasty meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium size potatoes
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 33/100 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 83/1000 tablespoon(s) basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill.
  • Clean potatoes, cut in half and thinly slice.
  • Tear off about 12 inches of aluminum foil and place the sliced potatoes, butter, basil, and oregano over potatoes.
  • Crush bouillon cube and sprinkle over potatoes.
  • Bring the foil together and roll both sides together down to the food and roll ends.
  • Place on grill with cover closed for 20 minutes.
  • Ready in 25 min.
