
Italian Classic Bellini
Legend has it that Ernest Hemingway taste-tested the original recipes for the bellini at Harry's Bar in Venice. This champagne-based cocktail is a delightful drink for special occassions, from brunches to celebrations.
Ingredients
- 2 ounce(s) peach nectar
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 ounce(s) peach schnapps
- 3 ounce(s) chilled, dry Champagne
- 1/2 cup(s) ice cubes, crushed
Instructions
- Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass.
- Add half a cup of crushed ice, stir, and add the champagne.
- Serve in champagne flutes.
