Indian Salad
Move over lettuce and tomato -- this Indian salad calls for something far more exciting. Cucumbers and tomatoes come to life when combined with all of the other ingredients, including flavorful cumin spices.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 3 cucumbers, seeded and chopped
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 dash(es) salt to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sour cream, cumin, paprika and garlic.
- Add cucumbers and tomatoes; toss and chill before serving.
- Ready in 20 min.
