Hot Salad Dressing
Some like it hot… and if you do too, you’ll love this mouth-watering salad dressing made from scratch. Dress up your favorite greens, like spinach and romaine, or toss with some crunchy broccoli for a side dish that’s almost too hot to handle!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) powdered fruit pectin
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) water
- 1 tablespoon(s) vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions

Combine pectin, sugar, mustard and pepper.

Stir in water, vinegar and garlic.

Cover and chill for one hour.

Chill to store two or three days.
