
Hot Chicken Chili
Chicken wings meet chili in this different poultry pleaser that blends together some great bar food. You’ll have the best of both worlds in a spicy offering.
Ingredients
- 18 chicken wings
- 8 floz Oil (for frying)
- 4 cup(s) tomatoes
- 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 24 floz water
- 2 cup(s) flour
- 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
Instructions

Roll chicken wings in flour and fry in hot oil until crisp.

Transfer to serving platter.

Remove seeds from jalapenos peppers and chop.

Combine jalapenos, kidney beans and remaining ingredients in skillet where wings were fried but don’t throw the grease away.

Heat thoroughly, pour over wings and serve.
