
Horseradish Sesame Tuna Salad
Forget about wasabi; good old American horseradish makes this tuna salad every bit as lively. It may be a slight deviation from the norm. However, you’ll still be singing this tuna.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) horseradish
- 8 tablespoon(s) sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) chives
- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
- 1/8 cup(s) sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 6-oz. tuna filet
- 1 mixed greens serving
Instructions

For horseradish cream sauce, mix first three ingredients.

Marinate tuna in soy sauce at least 2 hours covered in refrigerator in nonreactive pan.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds until well covered.

Sear in olive oil over high head on both sides, about 3 minutes.

Place tuna over mixed greens.

Serve with horseradish cream sauce.
