Honey Vanilla Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cup(s) quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup(s) chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup(s) flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup(s) sesame seeds
  • 2/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) honey
  • 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • 1 floz water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, toss oats, walnuts, and coconut and sesame seeds.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, cook oil, honey, brown sugar, water and vanilla until well mixed.
  • Pour over oat mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  • Pour into two greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pans.
  • Bake at 275 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Cool, stirring occasionally.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Ready in 1 hour 5 min.
