
Homemade Apricot Pancake Syrup
This breakfast syrup is simpe and delicious, and contains no added sugar. The kids will love this fruity sauce over their pancakes, waffles, or French toast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) dried apricots
- 1 cup(s) water
Instructions

In a small sauce pan, combine chopped apricots with 1 cup water, bring to a boil, and simmer 20 minutes, covered.

Cool.

Whip contents in a blender.

Add about 1 1/2 cups of water, or enough to reach desired syrup consistency.

Store refrigerated.
