Herb Crusted Salmon
Salmon crusted in fresh herbs brings out a world of flavors. This is a quick and easy fix.
Ingredients
- 12 ounce(s) salmon fillets (2-6oz.)
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) Fresh thyme, to taste
- 1/50 ounce(s) rosemary, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) parsley, to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) chives, to taste
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) kosher salt, to taste
Instructions

De-stem thyme, rosemary and parsley.

Fine-chop all the herbs.

Coat salmon with olive oil on both sides, and salt and pepper on both sides.

Press chopped herb mixture on one side of each fillet.

Saute, herb side down, in smoking-hot olive oil, until the green herbs are golden brown.

Flip fish over and put in ovenproof pan, and finish in 400-degree oven for 8 minutes.
