Healthy Honey Granola with Yogurt

It's sure to be a good morning when you start off with this great-tasting granola and yogurt dish. it's prepared from scratch so you modify it to your tastes. One bite and it's sure to be a cereal killer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup(s) uncooked old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup(s) sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoon(s) toasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 floz orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) whole strawberries
  • 24 ounce(s) nonfat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Lightly spray 8-in.
  • square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • Combine oats, almonds and wheat germ in small bowl.
  • Combine orange juice, honey and cinnamon in another small bowl.
  • Add juice mixture to oat mixture; mix well.
  • Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toasted, stirring twice during baking.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Transfer mixture to sheet of foil to cool completely.
  • Cut 3 strawberries in half for garnish.
  • Slice remaining strawberries.
  • Combine yogurt and vanilla in medium bowl.
  • Layer sliced strawberries, yogurt mixture and granola in 6 dessert dishes or martini glasses.
  • Garnish with strawberry halves.
