Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup(s) fresh chopped broccoli (or thawed and well-drained frozen)
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 33/100 tablespoon(s) light butter
  • 8 slices Light Velveeta cheese, cut up
  • 3/25 cup(s) flour
  • 1 cup(s) Morningstar Farm Scramblers (2-4-oz. cartons)
  • 1 cup(s) skim milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup(s) shredded carrots

Instructions

 

  • In a saucepan, cook onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon butter.
  • In a bowl, toss cheese pieces with flour.
  • Add onion mix and remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes or until set.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
  • Or microwave 11-13 minutes at 50 percent power, rotating once.
