Happy Labor Day BBQ Eggs
Enjoy the fruits of your labor with a little spice! This is “egg-actly” the treat your taste buds deserve for working so hard all year long. The added spices are optional but definitely add a fresh kick.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 tablespoon(s) of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 93/1000 cup(s) milk
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter (for frying)
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) dried dill
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) mustard powder
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
Instructions

Whisk eggs briskly in a large bowl.

Add all ingredients except for cheese and butter.

Continue to whisk until well blended.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Pour in egg mixture and cook — stirring frequently until eggs are scrambled and cooked through.

Remove from heat, and sprinkle with cheese over the top.

Let stand for a minute to melt cheese, and then serve immediately 25 min ready.
