
Ham-Stuffed Potatoes
These potatoes are the “stuff” that dreams are made of. Complete with onions, ham, butter and cheese, a loaded baked potato can stand alone, or with a side salad for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, baked
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 cup(s) cooked ham, diced
- 2 teaspoon(s) Molly McButter
- 4 teaspoon(s) butter
- 3 tablespoon(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Spray Pam
Instructions

Cut off the top 1/3 of pre-baked potato.

Scoop out bottom 1/2 of shell.

Combine potatoes, onion, spices, ham and butter.

Mash and mix well.

Stuff shells with mixture.

Spray Pam in baking pan.

Sprinkle potatoes with cheese; bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
