
Habanera Salsa
Variety isn't the spice of life -- this habanera salsa is. Make sure you purchase an extra bag of chips because this scrumptious side is sure to move fast.
Ingredients
- 3 Large fresh tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 large sweet onion, roughly chopped
- 1 Small bell pepper, seeded, chopped fine
- 6 Habanera peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon(s) chopped, fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon(s) coriander
- 1 tablespoon(s) cumin
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl, stir thoroughly and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
- Goes great with any Mexican dish or just a bucket of tortilla chips.
