Ingredients
  

  • 3 Large fresh tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 large sweet onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 Small bell pepper, seeded, chopped fine
  • 6 Habanera peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon(s) chopped, fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon(s) coriander
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in large bowl, stir thoroughly and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
  • Goes great with any Mexican dish or just a bucket of tortilla chips.
