
Grilled Tuna Steaks
Who says you can’t tuna fish? These fabulous steaks soak in an Asian marinade and are a real thrill to grill. They’re also swimming in flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) tuna steaks
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 4 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 floz lime juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger root
Instructions

Mix the last seven ingredients in a bowl.

Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag and add tuna steaks.

Seal bag and turn to coat, then refrigerate for 2 hours.

Cover remaining marinade and refrigerate.

Drain and discard marinade from tuna.

Use nonstick cooking spray on the grill rack.

Grill tuna, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with the rest of the marinade.
