Grilled Tuna Steaks

Who says you can’t tuna fish? These fabulous steaks soak in an Asian marinade and are a real thrill to grill. They’re also swimming in flavor.

Ingredients

  

  • 2 (8-oz.) tuna steaks
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/2 floz lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger root

Instructions

 

  • Mix the last seven ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag and add tuna steaks.
  • Seal bag and turn to coat, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Cover remaining marinade and refrigerate.
  • Drain and discard marinade from tuna.
  • Use nonstick cooking spray on the grill rack.
  • Grill tuna, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve with the rest of the marinade.
