
Gorgonzola Grouper
Are you in need of a little grouper therapy? Then this scrumptious seafood medley is just what the doctor ordered. You'll agree there's nothing fishy about this gourmet meal.
Ingredients
- 1 (7-oz.) black grouper filet
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
- 2 prawn
- 1 cup(s) (Double handful) fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, to taste
- 1 onion, sliced, to taste
- 1/4 cup(s) Gorgonzola cheese, or as much as desired
Instructions
- Season grouper with salt and pepper and grill until done.
- While grouper is cooking, saute prawns with spinach, garlic and onion.
- Plate grouper, prawns and spinach.
- Top with gorgonzola cheese.
