Gorgonzola Grouper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (7-oz.) black grouper filet
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
  • 2 prawn
  • 1 cup(s) (Double handful) fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic, to taste
  • 1 onion, sliced, to taste
  • 1/4 cup(s) Gorgonzola cheese, or as much as desired

Instructions
 

  • Season grouper with salt and pepper and grill until done.
  • While grouper is cooking, saute prawns with spinach, garlic and onion.
  • Plate grouper, prawns and spinach.
  • Top with gorgonzola cheese.
