
Glazed Cornish Hens

Ingredients
- 4 Cornish hens
- 1/2 cup(s) melted butter
- 1 Glaze:
- 1/2 cup(s) whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup(s) mandarin orange segments
- 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion
Instructions

Rinse hens and pat dry.

Coat inside and out with butter.

Place hens on rack in shallow roasting pan.

Roast in preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 375 and roast 45 minutes longer, basting occasionally.

During last 20 minutes, brush hens with glaze several times.
