  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 333/1000 cup(s) fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh chopped garlic
  • 3/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken in a baking dish or gallon zipper-lock bag.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Place ingredients in baking dish or bag and make sure chicken breasts are thoroughly coated.
  • Marinate for 6-10 hours in refrigerator.
  • Grill or bake in 325-degree oven until done.
