Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup(s) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cup(s) quick- cooking oats
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup(s) raisins
  • 1/4 cup(s) dried apricots

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, scraping the bowl occasionally.
  • Add the egg.
  • Beat until blended.
  • Stir in the oats, bananas, salt and cinnamon.
  • Add the pecans, raisins, and apricots and mix well.
  • Spoon the batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Cool in pan on wire rack.
  • Cut into 2-inch bars.
  • Ready in 45 min.
