  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 mushrooms, white, raw
  • 1 celery
  • 1 onions
  • 1 red cabbage
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cheese, mozzarella, whole milk
  • 1 pita bread

Instructions
 

  • Use any combination of the above raw vegetables.
  • Chop fine and mix with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Place vegetable and cheese mixture inside pita pocket.
