Fresh Veggie Pita
Veg out with this pita packed full of nutrients. A scrumptious way to get your five a day in just one sitting, this veggie offering is divine.
Ingredients
- 1 broccoli, raw
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 mushrooms, white, raw
- 1 celery
- 1 onions
- 1 red cabbage
- 1 tomato
- 1 cheese, mozzarella, whole milk
- 1 pita bread
Instructions
- Use any combination of the above raw vegetables.
- Chop fine and mix with Mozzarella cheese.
- Place vegetable and cheese mixture inside pita pocket.
- Microwave 60 seconds until cheese melts and vegetables are warm.
