
Fresh Veggie Bagel Sandwich
Veg-out with this splendid bagel sandwich. It gives you the deli style sandwich with out the meat. Fresh crisp veggies with tangy mustard in between and warm bagel make this a great choice for lunch anytime.
Ingredients
- 1 bagel, sliced in half
- 3 teaspoon(s) coarse ground mustard
- 1 leaf romaine lettuce
- 2 (1/4 inch thick) rings green bell pepper
- 4 slices cucumber
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 dash(es) salt to taste
- 1 dash(es) ground black pepper to taste
- 2 slices red onion
- 1/2 cup(s) alfalfa sprouts
Instructions

Spread mustard onto the cut sides of the bagel.

Layer the lettuce, green pepper, cucumber, and tomato on one half.

Season the tomato with salt and pepper.

Top with onion and alfalfa sprouts, then cover with the other half of the bagel.
